After three years of experience in the regulation and supervision of digital assets, El Salvador is pleased to share its journey and lessons learned to help other countries understand the key elements to achieve success in this field.

In this new environment where digital assets and cryptocurrencies are rapidly transforming the financial landscape, robust and inclusive regulatory frameworks need to be put in place. To this end, the National Commission on Digital Assets seeks to establish “El Salvador Digital Assets Summit” as an annual platform that brings together leaders in digital asset adoption from both the public and private sectors. The “Demystifying Risk in Digital Assets” event is designed to bring together global industry leaders, policy makers and key stakeholders to discuss and advocate the importance of regulation that promotes the orderly and secure development of the digital asset sector. Through this event, we seek to raise awareness of the importance of regulation, taking the success story of El Salvador as an example, and to foster financial inclusion and public confidence in these innovative financial solutions.” The event offers:
