This section is intended to establish a mechanism to facilitate the submission, receipt, and monitoring of compliance with the information requirements set forth in our regulatory framework for supervised entities, as well as any additional requirements issued by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) in the exercise of its role as Regulator and Supervisor of the ecosystem, pursuant to the powers granted by the Digital Asset Issuance Law (LEAD).

For the following information requirements, submission of the corresponding form constitutes the sole means of delivery and receipt before CNAD. Please ensure you carefully read the instructions at the beginning of each form.
