Postgraduate Graduation Ceremony: “Crypto, Blockchain & Decentralized Finance” at Universidad del CEMA

Buenos Aires Argentina, 11 de mayo 2026.

During the month of May, the graduation ceremony for the second cohort of collaborators from the National Commission of Digital Assets was held. Universidad del CEMA awarded postgraduate diplomas for the program “Crypto, Blockchain & Decentralized Finance.”

• Module II: Philosophy of Bitcoin and Decentralization
• Module III: Ethereum
• Module IV: DeFi, Sidechains, and L2s
• Module V: Technological Innovation Based on Crypto
• Module VI: Tax & Legal
• Module VII: Trading
• Module VIII: Final Integrative Project

The CNAD’s objective is for every collaborator, regardless of the department in which they work, to have knowledge of the service sector in which we operate as an institution.

A total of 30 employees have graduated from this postgraduate program, each belonging to different areas within the institution, including administration, Human Resources, Data Analysis, Communications, as well as specialized technical departments.

In the words of Juan Carlos Reyes:

“Our collaborators are now among the most sought-after profiles in the sector — they constantly receive offers, and that is no coincidence. It is the direct result of a decision I made from the very beginning: here, no one learns only what is necessary for their position. The goal is for everyone to learn everything. That depth of knowledge is priceless in the market — and the market knows it.”

At the graduation ceremony held in Argentina, the two students who achieved the highest grades in the program were present: Jorge Rodríguez, Crypto Specialist from the Crypto and Development Directorate; and Willian Serrano, Coordinator of the Regulation and Supervision Directorate. Together with the rest of the 2025 cohort, they shared this special moment in the auditorium of Universidad del CEMA.
