The National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) was invited to participate in the Academic Congress “Digital Assets, Tokenization and Corporate Cybersecurity,” organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of the East (UNIVO), held on May 27, 2026.
Representing the institution, CNAD Board Director César Alejandro Córdova delivered two keynote presentations focused on the trends, opportunities, and challenges currently transforming the global financial and technological ecosystem.
This academic congress, organized annually by the University of the East, aims to promote the analysis of emerging trends in the economic, business, and technological fields, creating spaces for knowledge exchange among experts, students, and professionals from different areas.


During his participation, César Alejandro Córdova addressed topics related to tokenization and digital assets, highlighting the impact these technologies are having on the transformation of financial markets, business innovation, and the strengthening of new digital economic models. Likewise, the importance of corporate cybersecurity was emphasized as an essential component for the sustainable and secure development of the digital economy.
The presentations provided an opportunity to share experiences and specialized knowledge on regulation, innovation, and technological adoption, significantly contributing to the academic enrichment of the university community and fostering dialogue on the future of digital assets in El Salvador and the region.

Through this type of participation, the National Commission of Digital Assets reaffirms its commitment to education, knowledge dissemination, and the strengthening of the digital asset ecosystem through strategic alliances with academic institutions.
