Private Issuance Offer

Documentation

To issue a digital asset for a private offer, you must:

Comply with the requirements stipulated in Articles 24 and 25 of the Regulation.
Have a structurer duly registered with the CNAD to design the architecture of the issuance.
Be directed directly to no more than 50
qualified investors.

Presentation

The interested party must submit the aforementioned documentation in digital and physical format to the CNAD offices.

Resolution

The CNAD will have a period of 20 business days to evaluate and issue a “No Objection” resolution. (Article 25 of the Regulation)
