Information Submission Portal for Supervised Entities

This section aims to establish a mechanism to facilitate the submission, receipt, and monitoring of compliance with the information requirements established by our regulatory framework for supervised entities, as well as any request made by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) in the exercise of its role as Regulator and Supervisor of the ecosystem, under the powers granted by the Digital Asset Issuance Law (LEAD).

For the following information requirements, completing the corresponding form constitutes the only valid means of submission and receipt before CNAD. Please make sure to carefully read the instructions at the beginning of each form.

Quarterly Reports Mailbox

Mailbox for Responses to Letters and Circulars

Respond to letters and circulars when they specifically indicate so. It is clarified that submissions with a defined periodicity, such as quarterly reports established by the regulatory framework for DASPs, are excluded.

Mailbox for Requesting Procedures

Procedures such as: Listing new digital assets on their platform, No Objection for stablecoins, expansion of authorized activities, launch of new services and products, relevant variations or incorporations in the platform, change of technology providers, changes or modifications in the conditions of offerings previously authorized by CNAD, among others.

Mailbox for Material Events

Material events to be reported: resignation of compliance officers, hiring of new compliance officers, changes in key staff members, changes in shareholding structure, modification of the company’s governing body, changes or modifications of corporate or trade name, changes in legal representation or legal proxy, changes in contacts for receiving notifications, change of platform URL, notification of incident, failure, or issue in the platform, events related to the execution of issuance projects, etc. Each material event must be reported within a maximum of 5 business days after its occurrence.

Annual Report Mailbox

Receipt of the annual technical evaluation report on comprehensive risk management, based on the minimum content communicated in the annex of this circular, section B and number 5. Also, the receipt of updated documents of all policies, manuals, and internal regulatory procedures for risk management and prevention of ML/TF/PFADM. Within the first 20 business days of January.

Please note that the use of these mailboxes applies to all entities supervised by the CNAD. These mailboxes do not apply to any initial registration or authorization processes, such as: pre-registration and registration of DASPs, certifiers, public offering issuances, no-objection for private offering issuances, issuer registration, etc.

They also do not apply to follow-ups and remediation of requirements or observations communicated and identified during initial registration or authorization processes.
