Use Cases:

The use of this form applies to DASPs, Certifiers, and Issuers. Its purpose is to facilitate the monitoring and control of requests for authorization, no objection, or any other type of pronouncement that supervised entities require from this Commission, as the regulatory and supervisory authority of the ecosystem.

Examples of requests that must be submitted through this channel include:

• Listing new digital assets on their platform.
  
  

• Request for No Objection for the commercialization or admission of Stablecoins under Art. 7 of the REOPME, other than those previously approved by CNAD, which can be consulted on our website: https://cnad.gob.sv/es/monedas-estables-admisibles-para-comercializacion/
  
  

• Expansion of authorized activities under Art. 19 of the LEAD (in addition to those approved during the registration stage).
  
  

• Incorporation of new services and products different from those presented in the business plan at the registration stage, even if they may fall under the same activities already authorized under Art. 19 of the LEAD.
  
  

• Verification of relevant changes or additions to the platform, as well as changes of key providers.
  
  

• Changes or modifications to the conditions of public or private offerings previously authorized and enabled by this Commission.
