Use Cases:

The use of this form applies to DASPs, Certifiers, and Issuers. Its purpose is to facilitate the submission and control of the information requirements that supervised entities are obligated to present at the request of this Commission in a timely manner.

Please note that this mailbox will be used to respond to letters and circulars when these specifically indicate so. It is clarified that submissions with a defined periodicity—such as quarterly reports established by the regulatory framework for DASPs—are excluded. For these periodic requirements, a specific mailbox has been defined.
