The National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) announces the suspension of the license as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAD) of Globiance Pay, S.A. de C.V.

The National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) informs the general public that Globiance Pay, S.A. de C.V., identified with license number PSAD-0003 as a Digital Asset Service Provider, is the only entity within the Globiance group supervised by this Commission.

However, in order to safeguard the integrity of the system and protect users during the course of an administrative process, the CNAD temporarily suspends the license PSAD-0003 of Globiance Pay, S.A. de C.V.

Finally, the CNAD urges the general public to stay informed through official channels about the entities that are duly authorized to operate with digital assets in El Salvador. In this regard, it is recommended to verify in advance the authorization and supervision of any entity before making investments or transactions, in order to avoid possible harm to one’s assets.
