How To Register

Public offering issuance

To be registered as an issuer, it must have at least one issuance approved by the CNAD.

Issuer

  • Comply with the requirements of Article 22 of the LEAD with regard to Articles 4, 12, 13, 20, and 22 of the Regulation.
  • Have a structurer duly registered with the CNAD

Issuance

  • Comply with the requirements established in Article 5 of the Regulation.
  • Relevant Information Document  (DIR) (Article 8 and 10, and Annex A of the Regulation)
  • Submit a Report issued by a Certifier duly registered with the CNAD, complying with the requirements established in Articles 14 and 15 of the Regulation, in relation to Articles 26 to 28 of the LEAD, an Articles 5 and 6 of the PSAD Regulation.

Presentation

The interested party must submit the aforementioned documentation in digital and physical format to the CNAD offices.

Approval or Denial of Authorization

The CNAD will have a period of 5 business days to evaluate and issue a resolution, approving or denying the authorization of the issuance. If approved, a registry entry will be assigned to the issuer and the issuance, following the payment of the corresponding registration fee. (Article 12 of the LEAD and Article 16 of the Regulation)
