During the month of November 2023, the National Commission for Digital Assets (CNAD) registered seven new Digital Asset Service Providers (PSAD) and a new Certifier in the public registry, which became part of the regulated and supervised ecosystem of El Salvador, offering different services to users, such as tokenizations, exchange, trading, structuring and investment advice on Digital Assets.
The addition of new participants stimulates the growth of the new Digital Assets industry, which is experiencing high growth worldwide, and El Salvador is part of it.
The CNAD supervises the new participants and applies a risk-based approach to ensure that the Digital Assets market has the full confidence of users to carry out their operations.
